| Lane Music School offers private lessons
in violin, viola, violincello, piano and
voice. A professional violinist and
pedagogue, Alison graduated from the Eastman School
of Music and the University of Rochester and
holds a Master of Arts degree in music from the University of
Vermont. Her extensive career in music
education includes teaching at the
elementary, high school and college levels.
She performs with orchestras, chamber
ensembles and choral groups. She is also an
experienced choral conductor and has had a
long association with Burlington's Lyric
Theatre. Alison loves to entertain and be
with people during important moments of
their lives. Her specialty is weddings and
other significant occasions. She offers
personalized entertainment as a soloist and
with chamber instrumental groups.
